Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) bantamweight champion Miesha Tate is now retired from the sport. The former champion ended her career on a two fight losing streak. But, the former fighter is hardly done with the mixed martial arts world.
Back in 2016, Miesha Tate sat down to discuss her feelings on UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor with UFC commentating veteran Joe Rogan on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast.
In the episode, the former champion mentioned a time when Conor McGregor “kinda rubbed me the wrong way.” Miesha Tate explained that the two were set to film a commercial, which Conor McGregor did not show up to do.
