The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has seen some backlash concerning its recent uniform deal with Reebok. Some mixed martial arts fighters have left the promotion for supposed greener pastures.
Following the UFC’s deal with Reebok, the promotion’s competitors are no longer aloud to represent any other brand or sponsor. That being said, Bellator MMA has no such uniform deal.
Former UFC competitor Rory “Red King” MacDonald recently made his move to competing promotion Bellator MMA. The welterweight competitor will be making his debut with the promotion at Bellator 179 against Paul Daley.
Now, Bellator MMA has released a promotion video featuring Rory MacDonald wearing Reebok gear. Bellator 179 goes down May 19 inside the Wembley Arena in London, England.
