The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) just completed the 2017 UFC fighter summit. While the event may have come to a close, the mixed martial arts promotion’s presentation has drawn attention from fighters and fans alike.
During the summit, it would appear that a speaker from the summit encouraged UFC fighters to act similarly to UFC lightweight champion Conor “Notorious” McGregor. UFC competitors Aljamain Sterling, Cat Zingano and Ricardo Lamas can be seen having a conversation about the incident in the series of tweets provided below.
“Who the hell would want @AnheuserBusch to sponsor them with a drunk douche talkin to them like he’s Gods gift. The (expletive) speaker by far!” Aljamian Sterling stated.
Cat Zingano followed up with “‘Be yourself, be Conor Mcgreggor’
-Lit guy ??? @ufc.”
Then Sterling retorted “We’re always told to represent ourselves the correct way, while we listen to a drunk dude, at 930am, saying ‘be McGregor…we want winners’?.”
Who the hell would want @AnheuserBusch to sponsor them with a drunk douche talkin to them like he's Gods gift. The shittiest speaker by far!
