One of the biggest fighters in the UFC recently had a staredown with one of the UFC’s smallest competitors.
UFC heavyweight prospect Francis Ngannou recently went face-to-face with former UFC flyweight title challenger John Dodson.
In order for Dodson to get to Ngannou’s eye level, Dodson had to stand on a table.
Ngannou is 6’4, while Dodson is only 5’3.
Ngannou is one of the scariest heavyweight prospects the UFC has seen in awhile. He has 10 MMA wins, with all of his wins coming by knockout or submission. In January, he took less than one round to knockout Andrei Arlovski.
Dodson is currently one of the best 135-pound fighters in the UFC. He is coming off a decision win over Eddie Wineland. Dodson’s resume includes wins against Tim Elliott, John Moraga, Jussier Formiga, Zach Makovsky, Manvel Gamburyan, and former UFC Bantamweight Champion TJ Dillashaw.
