During a recent training session, Justin Buchholz, the head coach of Team Alpha Male, nearly crippled Andre “Touchy” Fili with body shots.
Buchholz was instructing his fighters on their next exercise and used Fili for a demonstration. He punches Fili 80 times to the body, including shots to the abdomen and liver, followed by 20 more harder shots to bring the total to 100.
In the video, which can be seen below, you can watch Fili absorb all of Buchholz body shots.
Fili is one of the top featherweight prospects in the UFC. He is coming off one of the biggest wins of his career. In October, Fili won a decision against Hacran Dias. Fili also has experience fighting some of the UFC’s best, including Yair Rodriguez and Interim UFC Featherweight Champion Max Holloway.
