WWE star Shinsuke Nakamura was not always a professional wrestler set on entertaining the fans. Once upon a time, the athlete was a mixed martial artist, looking to beat his opponent.
Back in 2002, Shinsuke Nakamura made his professional fighting debut against none other than Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu’s Daniel Gracie. The fight only made it two rounds, but still offered an exciting matchup.
Daniel Gracie ultimately came out the victor. With a armlock submission, the fighter earned a victory in the second round against Shinsuke Nakamura. Since the bout, Nakamura would go on to get three victories under his belt.
