UFC flyweight champion Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson has gotten into a disagreement with the UFC president as of late. One of the subjects of conversation for the two men has been Johnson’s belts. The champion wanted a belt for every title defense he has completed, as well as the initial championship belt. However, “Mighty Mouse” only had his one.
Eventually, Demetrious Johnson received his ten total belts. The champion posted a picture of himself posing with the belts to social media. Now, UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway has come forward with his thoughts on the photo.
On today’s edition of The MMA Hour, Max Holloway said “I was talking to Demetrious, ‘You took the picture all wrong bro, with your ten belts.’ He was like, ‘What do you mean?’ I was like, ‘I would have laid my (expletive) down and covered myself in them, like all gold everything. It’s a golden shower, a good one, not one of those bad ones that you guys think about.”
