It would appear that the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has lost another mixed martial artist to free agency. This time, the mixed martial arts promotion is losing one of its middleweight competitors.
UFC middleweight Chris Camozzi is coming off of a three fight losing streak. Most recently, the fighter faced a unanimous decision loss to Trevor Smith at UFC Fight Night 109 in May. Now, the fighter has gone to social media to announce his change in career path.
“This past weekend marked the end of my @ufc contract. Thank you @danawhite and the UFC staff for the opportunity to shine. I’m a free agent,” Camozzi said.
