Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion Conor “Notorious” McGregor is set to face off against Floyd Mayweather Jr. on Aug. 26 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“Notorious” has been attempting to lock in this match up for quite a while now, but the fight is official with a date and venue. Now, fighters and fans are giving their thoughts on the epic, cross-promotional match up.
In an interview with TMZ Sports, boxing phenom Andre Berto gave his thoughts on the fight.
Speaking on McGregor’s chances of beating the undefeated boxer, Berto stated “If he clips him, it’s over. You won’t be able to tell McGregor nothing. He’s the king of the world.”
