On the latest episode of The Ultimate Fighter, UFC Bantamweight Champion Cody Garbrandt played a prank on his rival TJ Dillashaw.
Garbrandt and Dillashaw are coaching opposite of each other on the current season of the reality television program.
On a recent episode, Garbrandt made a snake tongues out of tape and placed them on posters of Dillashaw throughout the UFC gym.
The snake tongue is a reference to Dillashaw being a snake. On a previous version of TUF, Urijah Faber coached opposite of UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor. On the show, McGregor called Dillashaw a “snake in the grass” because he trained partially with Faber and partially with someone else.
Garbrandt also covers Dillashaw’s nipples with tape on his posters because the UFC champion didn’t believe those should be seen on television.
Garbrandt was scheduled to defend his title against Dillashaw on July 8 at UFC 213. However, a back injury forced Garbrandt to withdraw from the fight and the fight has been canceled.
