Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino is officially fighting at UFC 214 on July 29 in Anaheim, California.
On Saturday, “Cyborg” sent out a tweet announcing she has been sent a bout agreement for UFC 214. However, she has promised the UFC that she will not announce who her opponent is.
All signs are pointing at Invicta Featherweight Champion Megan Anderson being Justino’s opponent on July 29.
ESPN had reached out to Anderson and the Invicta champion said there would be an announcement about her immediate future soon.
Anderson is currently scheduled to defend her Invicta title on July 15 against Helena Kolesnyk.
However, after the fight was announced reports were released of the UFC wanting to sign Anderson in order for her to fight Justino.
Last week, UFC President Dana White announced “Cyborg” would be fighting at UFC 214, but he had yet to officially get her an opponent.
If Justino fights Anderson it will be the first time “Cyborg” gets to fight at 145-pounds in the UFC. All of Justino’s previous UFC fights were at a 140-pound catchweight.
Im hoping @ufc will announce my opponent for #ufc214 during #ufcauckland I just received my bout agreement but promise @seanshelby 2b quiet!

Invicta champ @MeganA_mma told me there should be an announcement on her immediate future soon … I have a guess as to what that means.
