Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion Conor “Notorious” McGregor is currently gearing up for the potential payday of his career. The UFC lightweight champion is set to face off against undefeated boxing phenom Floyd Mayweather Jr. in an epic cross-promotional boxing match.
The two fighters will face off on Aug. 26 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Now, UFC President Dana White has come forward with his thoughts on the incipient match up.
In an interview with MMA Fighting, Dana White explained that Conor McGregor is certain he will be victorious come August. Dana White isn’t doubting him either.
“He is absolutely 100 percent positive that he wins this fight. I stopped doubting Conor McGregor a long time ago.” White stated.
