Conor “Notorious” McGregor, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion, is currently gearing up for the potential payday of his career. The UFC lightweight champion will be facing off against Floyd Mayweather Jr. inside a boxing ring.
Since the reveal of the epic cross-promotional bout, fighters and fans have been voicing their opinion on the interesting match up. While the announcement has been met with backlash by some fans, UFC President Dana White believes the UFC fighter has a shot at taking out the undefeated boxing phenom.
Over social media, Dana White stated “People are crazy if they think @FloydMayweather can’t be caught.” In a second post, the UFC president said “Let’s not forget @floydmayweather is human.”
