UFC strawweight Felice Herrig has been impressive as of late inside the octagon.
Herrig is currently on a three-fight win streak in the UFC. Last Sunday, she picked up her latest victory when she won a decision against previously unbeaten Justine Kish.
After her win, Herrig awarded herself with a cheat week. On Thursday, Herrig posted a before-and-after photo of herself during her cheat week. The photos can be seen below.
“That’s quite a difference. But I’m ready to be back to being healthy again,” Herrig wrote on her Instagram page. “It’s all about balance. I trained my ass off and dieted hard for 12 weeks. My cheat week after a fight is my reward. And I take full advantage. But I usually don’t make it a full week because I do enjoy being healthy very much. I’ll still give into treats here in there as I please. But for the most part my diet will be clean.
