UFC lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov recently received his special visit from the U.S Anti-Doping Agency (USADA).
No matter what part of the world you’re at, USADA agents will come and test you to make sure UFC fighters are always staying clean. This week, the USADA agents made their way to Russia to visit the country’s star MMA fighter.
Nurmagomedov is currently recovering from an injury and has said he would like to return to the sport in the fall.
Nurmagomdov was scheduled to fight Tony Ferguson for an interim lightweight title back in March. However, an injury forced him to withdraw from the fight.
Currently ranked No. 1 in the official UFC lightweight rankings, Nurmagomedov is undefeated with 24 wins. He is coming off a submission win over Michael Johnson in November. Nurmagomedov also has a notable win over former UFC Lightweight Champion Rafael dos Anjos.
