New evidence suggests Adolf Hitler did not die at the end of World War II.
Instead, Hitler safely escaped Germany and made his way to South America.
Recently, artifacts found in Argentina suggest Hitler was living in the country after World War II.
Earlier this month, Argentine police seized more than 75 historic artifacts dating back to when Hitler controlled Germany. It is believed Hitler himself brought the artifacts into the country.
Police found the artifacts in the home of an art collector. The items were hidden in a secret room behind a bookcase.
“After investigating, we were able to discover those objects that were hidden behind a bookcase.” Marcelo El Haibe, the federal police commissioner for the protection of cultural heritage, told the New York Times, “Behind the bookcase, there was a wall, and after that a door.”
Among the items found were many objects representing the Swastika logo. One of the items found was an eye glass that was believed to be used by Hitler himself.
