UFC Flyweight Champion Demetrious Johnson says you cannot believe everything that UFC President Dana White says.
Johnson talked about White, and his situation with the UFC, while live streaming on his video game channel.
“He’s just a nutter, and goes back and forth on his words,” Johnson said about the UFC president.
Johnson also reiterated that he will not be defending his title against former UFC Bantamweight Champion TJ Dillashaw.
Dillashaw was expected to fight UFC Bantamweight Champion Cody Garbrandt for his title, but an injury forced Garbrandt to withdraw from the fight.
Dillashaw then called out Johnson because he still wanted to fight for a title. The UFC tried to make a title fight between Johnson and Dillashaw, but Johnson does not want to take the fight because Dillashaw has never fought in the flyweight division.
Johnson shares the UFC record for the most consecutive title defenses. Both he and former champion Anderson Silva defended their titles 10 times. Johnson plans to break the UFC record in his next fight.
In the video below, you can hear all of Johnson’s thoughts on his current situation with the UFC.
