UFC strawweight Angela Magana apparently suffered major damage from her altercation with Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino.
Last month in Las Vegas, while attending the UFC fighter’s retreat, Magana was assulted by Justino.
Prior to the event, Magana had posted some insulting photos on her social media mocking Justino’s appearence. She had claimed that “Cyborg” shared a resemblence with the Jigsaw horror villain for the “Saw” movies.
When Justino saw Magana at the retreat, she walked up and punched her in the face.
On Thursday, sent out a message on her Facebook giving an update on her current condition.
“Guys & Gals, today I went to the nuero doc and I was given medication for brain swelling. Scary stuff,” Magana said in her Facebook post.
After the incident, Magana pressed charges against the former world champion. She has also taken every opportunity given to her to continue to insult “Cyborg” on her social media accounts.
