After the announcement of him joining the Bellator MMA broadcast team, Mike Goldberg sent a heartfelt message to his former UFC broadcast partner.
On Tuesday, Goldberg posted photos on his Instagram of him and Joe Rogan. The two men were the lead commentator for the UFC for almost two decades.
In his first picture, Goldberg posted a picture of him and Rogan during the early days of their tenure in the UFC. In the second photo, Goldberg posts a picture of the two men from 2016, Goldberg’s last year in the promotion.
“Thank you Joe Rogan my friend forever! Miss you too powerful partner!” Goldberg said in his caption on Instagram.
Goldberg was let go by the UFC in 2016. His last gig with the promotion was UFC 207 on Dec. 30. Goldberg will make his Bellator debut on June 24 for Bellator 180 and Bellator: NYC.
