Floyd “Money” Mayweather is looking good in the ring leading up to his return to the sport of boxing.
After almost two years of being retired, Mayweather is coming out of retirement to fight UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor.
Mayweather recently hosted a media workout. Media members were given the opportunity to watch Mayweather as he exercised in preparation for his next fight.
“I can get a black eye, a bloody nose, I can have a bad day in the gym,” Mayweather said. “At the end of the day, I don’t have a bad payday and I don’t have a bad night under the lights.”
TMZ Sports also managed to get footage of Mayweather sparring from outside of his gym. The sparring footage can be seen in the video below.
Despite being 40, Mayweather is skill quick inside the ring. While sparring, Mayweather also showed a more aggressive side. He was the aggressor in many exchanges and was not just relying on his defense.
Mayweather vs. McGregor is scheduled to take place Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
