On Saturday, former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm fought former title challenger Bethe Correia in the main event of a UFC Fight Night in Singapore.
Neither woman produced much damage, or even did much of anything, for the first two rounds of their women’s bantamweight fight. However, in round three, Correia began to taunt the former UFC champion. After being insulted, Holm retaliated by knocking Correia out with a head kick.
In the video below, you can watch the entire finish of Saturday’s main event fight.
Ironically, this knockout win is almost identical to her last win in the UFC. In Nov. 2015, Holm knocked out Ronda Rousey with a head kick to win the UFC title.
This win ended a three-fight losing streak for Holm. She was coming off decision losses to UFC Women’s Featherweight Champion Germaine de Randamie and top bantamweight contender Valentina Shevchenko. Her losing streak began after she lost her title to Miesha Tate back in March 2016.
