On Saturday, MMA legend Fedor Emelianenko and Matt Mitrione fought in one of the most exciting heavyweight fights in history, despite the fight only lasting about a minute.
In the beginning of the fight, Emelianenko and Mitrione hit each other with brutal punches at the same time, which resulted in both fighters getting knocked to the ground.
However, Mitrione got the better of the exchange and was able to recover before the MMA legend. Mitrione then swarmed Emelianenko on the ground until he earned the knockout victory.

Mitrione continues to be unbeaten inside the Bellator cage. This marked his third consecutive win in the promotion.
This loss ended a five-fight win streak for Emelianenko. Despite losing, Emelianenko was called out by Chael Sonnen at the end of the night.
