Wanderlei Silva appears to be in good shape leading into his Bellator MMA debut.
Silva looks as if he may have added some muscle mass since the last time we have seen him compete.
Silva has not fought since his last fight in the UFC back in 2013. In his last fight, Silva knocked out Brian Stann.
Siva left the UFC due to issues with drug testing from the state of Nevada. After refusing to take a drug test, Silva was given a lifetime ban from the state. However, the state has since lifted their ban.
Silva has alway dealt with accusations of using performance-enhancing drugs during his MMA career. He left the UFC before the promotion started doing drug testing through the U.S Anti-Doping Agency (USADA).
Silva is scheduled to fight longtime rival Chael Sonnen in the main event of Bellator: NYC on Saturday. Both fighters are being tested by the state of New York prior to the fight.
