The people over at Electronic Arts (EA) did a simulation in their video game, UFC 2, of the highly anticipated main event of UFC 212.
UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo will unify his title with Interim UFC Featherweight Champion Max Holloway in the main event of UFC 212.
In the video below, you can watch the two best featherweight fighters in the world square off in the video game before they fight on Saturday in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
In the simulation, Aldo gets the better of Holloway early in the fight. He even knocks Holloway down with a flying knee, reminiscent of the one he landed on Cub Swanson back in the WEC.
However, when knocked down, Holloway was able to use his grappling skills to get right back up. In the later rounds, Holloway also began to get the better of Aldo in the standup department.
In the fifth, and final, round, both fighters began trading back in forth to finish the fight.
According to the EA Sport’s UFC 2 simulation, Aldo will win the fight by split decision.
