The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) just put another big event in the books. UFC 212 went down Saturday night inside the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In the night’s main event, Jose Aldo was looking to unify his featherweight title in an epic math up against interim champion Max Holloway.
However, the fight did not go the former champion’s way. After two rounds of brutal striking, now reigning champion Max Holloway put his opponent away with a TKO finish in the third round.
