Bellator MMA has announced an exciting welterweight battle to their already stacked Bellator 183 card.
Former title challenger Lorenz Larkin is now set to fight Paul Daley on Sept. 23.
Bellator announced this exciting welterweight matchup on Monday.
Last month, Larkin lost a decision to Bellator Welterweight Champion Douglas Lima at Bellator: NYC. Prior to making his Bellator debut, Larkin was coming off UFC wins over Neil Magny and Jorge Masvidal.
Daley is coming off a submission loss to former UFC title challenger Rory MacDonald.
Bellator 183 will be headlined by a pivotal battle in the lightweight division between former UFC Lightweight Champion Benson Henderson and Patricky “Pitbull” Freire.
Roy Nelson will also make his Bellator debut at Bellator 183. He is set to fight Javy Ayala in the co-main event.
Bellator 183 will take place at the SAP Center in San Jose, California. The event will air live on Spike TV.
