Former UFC title challenger Cat Zingano has begun helping rapper Wiz Khalifa train in mixed martial arts.
On Monday, Zingano posted a video on her Twitter showing herself training with Khalifa.
“Putting in that work! (Wiz Khalifa) is a (UFC) fan. Finding another way of self expression through martial arts,” Zingano said on Twitter.
Khalifa made a smart choice when it comes to picking a fighter to train under. Zingano is one of the top women’s bantamweight fighters in the world.
Despite not fighting in over a year, Zingano is still ranked No. 7 in the official UFC women’s bantamweight rankings.
Zingano’s impressive UFC career includes TKO wins over current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes and former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Miesha Tate.
Zingano also has a notable submission win over Raquel Pennington in Invicta.
In her last fight, Zingano lost a decision to Julianna Pena at UFC 200.
