Electronic Arts have released their official simulation of the co-main event of UFC 213.
At UFC 213, the UFC will crown an interim champion in their stacked middleweight division. Top middleweight contenders Yoel Romero and Robert Whittaker will fight to prove who deserves to hold championship gold at 185 pounds.
According to a simulation in EA’s UFC 2, Romero will get his first taste of UFC gold on Saturday night.
In the simulation, which can be seen below, Whittaker has success on his feet, but he is unable to stop Romero takedown. The first round ends with Whittaker on his back.
In the second round, the same thing happens, but this time, Romero is able to finish the fight on the ground due to strikes.
Both Romero and Whittaker are unbeaten in the UFC middleweight division. Romero is on an eight-fight win streak, while Whittaker has won his last seven.
UFC 213 will take place Saturday, July 8 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
