Gegard Mousasi is riding a five fight winning streak as a professional mixed martial artist. The fighter most recently earned himself a TKO victory over former champion Chris Weidman at UFC 210. That being said, the middleweight contender will no longer be competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
Gegard Mousasi’s fight contract with the UFC came to an end with his recent TKO victory over Weidman. It was recently revealed that the mixed martial artist has signed a multi-fight contract with competing promotion Bellator MMA.
Fighters and fans have begun voicing their thoughts on the matter over social media. See what some fighters and fans had to say within the Twitter posts below.

Mousasi cites Scott Coker's presence as a major reason for his Bellator signing. Says Coker is "honest" and "treats fighters with respect."

Wow, this is huge! He's one of the most underrated 185ers in the world but gets no recognition. Hope he gets that at Bellator. https://t.co/OtTm9Fkkgc
