Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones has been vicious with his trash talk towards UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier.
On Tuesday, Jones and Cormier went back and forth on social media throwing insults at each other.
During their exchange, Cormier must have struck a chord with Jones when he insulted his genetics. Cormier said Jones had bad genes by mocking Jones’ legs.
“And this (expletive)hole has the nerve to comment on my “leg genetics” has he looked in the mirror?” Jones said on Twitter.
“See his (expletive) up hairline? Dude couldn’t get a sixpack if his life depended on it. Definitely don’t mention genetics (expletive).”
Jones and Cormier may be the most heated rivalry in all of MMA, and in less than two weeks the two will square off once again inside the Octagon.
Cormier will defend his title against Jones in the main event of UFC 214 on July 29 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
