Official Scorecards Reveal D.C. Was In The Fight, Until He Wasn’t — Look!

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has put another night of fights into the books. This time, the mixed martial arts promotion took to Anaheim, Calif. for UFC 214. In the night’s main event, UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier faced off against former champion and heated rival Jon “Bones” Jones. However, the fight did not go Cormier’s way.

The two competitors spent much of the first two rounds feeling each other out, testing each other’s abilities once more. However, Jon Jones earned himself a knockout victory over his opponent in the third round of the title fight rematch.

Now, the official scorecards for the highly anticipated match up have been revealed. Two of the night’s judges scored Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones at a tie leading into the knockout finish, with one judge giving the edge to Jon Jones.
