Replay! D.C. Disrobes, Uses Towel Once More To Make Championship Weight — Watch Now!

UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier has made weight for his third title defense.

On Friday, Cormier weighed in at the championship limit of 205 pounds for his upcoming title defense against former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones, who also made weight.

Once again, Cormier had the towel brought in for him to make weight. But this time, instead of grabbing on to the towel, the UFC champion flexed as he made weight for Saturday’s fight.

In the video above, you watch Cormier make weight for his highly anticipated battle against Jones.

Cormier will defend his title against Jones in the main event of UFC 214, which takes place July 29 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

To this day, Jones is the only fighter to ever defeat Cormier inside the Octagon. In 2015, Jones won a unanimous decision against Cormier in order to defend his title.

Since then, Jones has been stripped of his championship due to actions outside of the cage, and Cormier has managed to take the top spot in the light heavyweight division.
