The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is gearing up for another exciting event. This time, the mixed martial arts promotion will be making its way to Anaheim, Calif. UFC 214 goes down this weekend, July 29, inside the Honda Center. In the night’s main event, UFC light heavyweight champion will face off against former champion and heated rival Jon Jones.
While the card is filled with exciting fights, three fighters were not able to stick to event. UFC lightweight Sage Northcutt was initially set to face off against John Makdessi. However, both fighters have since suffered injuries and been removed from the card.
Andre Fili was set to face off against “The Korean Super Boy” Doo Ho Choi. But, Doo Ho Choi has since also suffered an injury. Now, Andre Fili will face off against Calvin Kattar.
