Last week’s world press tour with UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor and Floyd “Money” Mayweather had many great moments that had the whole combat sport’s world talking.
During a four-day period, Mayweather and McGregor held press conferences in four major cities to promote their upcoming fight. The two fighters squared off and talked trash in front of packed crowds in Los Angeles, Toronto, Brooklyn, and London.
While there were a lot of memorable moments during the press conferences, there are some moments we would like to forget.
In the video below, you can see the five worst moments of the press conferences.
Most of the terrible moments came from either Mayweather or McGregor going too far with their trash talking.
During a couple of press conferences, McGregor crossed the line when it came to race. At one point he called Mayweather “boy” and claimed to be half black.
Both fighters were also often misogynistic with their trash talk.
Lastly, former UFC heavyweight Brendan Shaub was brought in by Showtime to help do analysts, and some people weren’t a fan of his work.
