Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight champion Tyron Woodley successfully defended his title over the weekend. However, the fighter has not been receiving much support for his recent victory. Now, it would seem that the champion has once again injured his shoulder.
Tyron Woodley earned himself a unanimous decision victory over grappling phenom Demian Maia in the co-main event of Saturday night’s UFC 214. The fight would go on to break the record for least strikes thrown in a UFC title fight, leaving many fans dissatisfied with the title fight’s performance.
On today’s edition of The MMA Hour, Tyron Woodley revealed that he has torn his labrum and will likely require surgery. The UFC champion then revealed that he is quite disgruntled with the mixed martial arts promotion at the moment. Woodley even offered UFC President Dana White an ultimatum.
