With Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion Conor “Notorious” McGregor making a run at the world of boxing, many fighters and fans have begun speculating on who else should try their hands at a cross-promotional match up. Now, boxing champion Andre Berto has come forward to throw his hat into the ring for a potential UFC title run.
On today’s edition of The MMA Hour, Berto revealed that he recently talked to UFC President Dana White. During their conversation, the boxer explained that he is considering competing in the mixed martial arts promotion. “I might make a run. I don’t know, we’ll see.” He said.
