It appears UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor is going to release the sparring footage of himself and former boxing champion Paulie Malignaggi.
Reports are coming out that McGregor is planning on releasing the footage this weekend.
Malignaggi left McGregor’s training camp after only a couple of sparring sessions because he was not happy with the way he was treated by the UFC champion.
Malignaggi was upset about pictures that showed McGregor landing damaging shots on the former boxing champion. Malignaggi claims that McGregor didn’t have as much success against him as the pictures show.
Now, it appears the world will know the truth after the sparring footage is released.
McGregor is currently training to make his professional boxing debut. On Aug. 26, McGregor will fight boxing legend Floyd “Money” Mayweather at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
BIG NEWS! We are told a 3 minute clip of McGregor vs Malignaggi sparring will be released this weekend. @PaulMalignaggi @petercards
