UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor is eager to make his professional boxing debut.
McGregor is currently preparing to compete in his first professional boxing match against Floyd “Money” Mayweather, who is one of the greatest fighters to ever put on a pair of boxing gloves.
Leading up to their fight, Showtime filmed McGregor and Mayweather as they prepare to fight each other.
On Showtime’s most recent episode of All Access, McGregor’s longtime girlfriend, Dee Devlin, talked about McGregor’s obsession with his next fight.
“Sometimes I wake up and he’s shadowboxing in his underwear at 3 am in the morning,” Devlin said about McGregor.
McGregor’s obsession with fighting has led to him being the biggest star in the UFC. Going into his professional boxing debut, McGregor is one of the best pound-for-pound MMA fighters in the world.
Mayweather vs. McGregor will take place Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
