Conor’s Striking Coach Breaks Down Fight Camp And What To Expect On Fight Night

UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor is less than a week away from fighting in his first professional boxing match.

On Saturday, McGregor will fight boxing legend Floyd “Money” Mayweather in Las Vegas.

McGregor’s striking coach, Owen Roddy, recently discussed what fans should expect come fight night.

“If you look at anyone who comes forward against Conor, they all get hit and they all fall over,” Roddy said. “You can’t be overly aggressive with Conor, but you can’t be defensive either because he’ll walk you down, figure you out, and land his shots. I honestly think the job is going to be done no matter what.”

Roddy went on to say that he believes McGregor will defeat Mayweather inside of four rounds.

In the video below, you can listen to Roddy talk about everything regarding McGregor’s next fight.

Mayweather vs. McGregor will take place Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
