Emotional ‘Thug’ Rose Breaks Down in Tears Discussing Pat Barry’s Struggle With Addiction

Mixed martial arts veteran Pat Barry appeared on today’s edition of The MMA Hour for an emotional, tell-all interview with Ariel Helwani. Later in the episode, UFC competitor and girlfriend to Pat Barry, Rose Namajunas appeared to give her thoughts on the fighter’s big reveal.

On The MMA Hour, Pat Barry revealed that it has been a rough year for himself. The fighter explained that he has been struggling with addiction for some time now. After a night of heavy drinking, the fighter was pulled over by a police officer and taken to jail for a DUI. Following the incident, the fighter nearly reached the end of his relationship with Rose Namajunas. The female fighter revealed, in tears, that she had cut things off with the fighter momentarily.
