Frank Fertitta, the former owner of the UFC, has bought a $70 million apartment on Park Avenue in New York City.
Frank, along with his brother Lorenzo, sold the UFC in 2016 to WME-IMG for over $4 billion. It appears Frank is deciding to have some fun with his cut of the money.
Fertitta’s new apartment is 9,100 square feet and has an amazing view of New York City.
In the photos below, you can see pictures from both inside and outside the apartment.
The UFC appears to have been a good investment for the Fertitta brothers. In 2001, the brothers bought the UFC for just $2 million.
Fertitta’s fortune has not come from just the UFC. Fertitta is also the CEO of Station Casinos, which owns and operates multiple casinos in Las Vegas.
