The UFC lightweight champion swarmed Mayweather as the fourth round started. On numerous instances, Mayweather held onto McGregor forcing the fighters to be separated. Mayweather picked up the pace as the round went on and began landing shots of his own. McGregor showed off an impressive jab throughout the round. Mayweather managed to avoid some of the UFC champion’s shot, but McGregor found success landing his jab on numerous occasions. Mayweather started landing to the body in the final seconds of the round. The round ended with McGregor landing a few shots to the head.
