Georges St-Pierre says it makes him laugh when he hears UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley say he is afraid to fight him.
In the past, Woodley has claimed St-Pierre is afraid to fight him and that is why he wants to fight UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping instead.
St-Pierre recently appeared on The MMA Hour and discussed his thoughts on Woodley’s comments.
“So, I’m not scared. Scared makes me laugh when people say I’m scared. I’m scared actually to fight everyone,” St-Pierre said.
“I’m always scared when I’m about to fight, but even though I’m scared, I’m still gonna bite on my mouthpiece and do the walk. I don’t care about my feelings. I just do it regardless.”
After being away from the sport for four years, St-Pierre is returning to the UFC in November.
St-Pierre is scheduled to fight Bisping for the middleweight title at UFC 217 on Nov. 4 in New York City.
