Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion Conor McGregor is forming the last of his preparations for what may become the payday performance of his career. The UFC champion is, to much of the boxing world’s dismay, set to square off with Floyd Mayweather Jr. inside a boxing ring.
Ever since the match was announced, much of the boxing community have come forward with their thoughts on the highly anticipated cross-promotional match up. However, the attention has not been unanimously positive. Now, Jeff Mayweather has come forward with his thoughts on how Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s 50th boxing performance will turn out.
In an interview with Ariel Helwani, Jeff Mayweather can be seen giving his thoughts on the incipient match up. However, Jeff Mayweather has few positive things to say on the UFC champion.
Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather will throw down on Aug. 26 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
