UFC commentator Joe Rogan recently asked retired UFC fighter Brendan Schaub what it was like to get completely flatlined during a fight.
On a recent episode of his podcast, Rogan asked Schaub what it was like to get knocked out cold while they were discussing the recent boxing match between Floyd “Money” Mayweather and UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor.
“Nothing because you don’t feel anything,” Schaub said.
Rogan then asked Schaub what it was like after he recovered.
“Everything is a little fuzzy, and then someone tell you what happened,” Schaub said. “You have to puzzle it together.”
Schaub went on to say that there are two types of ways someone reacts after getting flatlined during a fight. Either the will get really emotional and sad, or they will get upset and angry.
