UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones has hinted at making a WWE appearence in order to confront former UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar.
At UFC 214, Jones regained his light heavyweight title after knocking out Daniel Cormier in the third round.
After the fight, Jones got on the microphone and challenged Lesnar to a fight inside the Octagon.
Both Jones and Lesnar have expressed interest in fighting each other in the UFC. However, Lesnar is currently suspended from the sport and is under contract with the WWE.
On Twitter, a fan asked Jones if he thought about appearing at WWE’s next pay-per-view event, SummerSlam, to confront Lesnar.
“It’s crossed my mind,” Jones said.
SummerSlam is WWE’s second biggest pay-per-view event of the year, behind WrestleMania. In the main event, Lesnar will defend his WWE Universal Championship in a four-man match against fellow WWE stars Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman, and Samoa Joe.
SummerSlam will take place Aug. 20 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
