It would appear that Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida has been offered as a potential opponent to a Polish MMA legend.
As reported by mmauno.com, Mamed Khalidov has been offered a fight with the former UFC light heavyweight champion. The fight offer was reportedly for UFC’s Fight Night event in Gdansk, Poland on Oct. 21.
Lyoto Machida will be coming off of a USADA enforced suspension on Oct. 8. Now, it would appear that the mixed martial arts promotion is already on the hunt for an opponent for the former champion.
