Former UFC champion Matt Serra thinks UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones should be banned from competing in the sport.
Earlier this week, the U.S Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) revealed that Jones had tested positive for steroid use. The sample from Jones that tested positive was taken prior to his fight against Daniel Cormier last month at UFC 214.
On a recent episode of the UFC Unfiltered podcast, Serra said if Jones is guilty, he should never compete in the UFC again.
“If he is guilty, I don’t think this guy should ever fight again,” Serra said. “I think it’s assault. I think it’s criminal.”
In the video below, you can listen to the former UFC welterweight champion share all of his thoughts on Jones failing another USADA drug test.
