Floyd “Money” Mayweather claims that he knows everything that UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor is doing in his training camp.
On Thursday, Mayweather hosted a media day to promote his upcoming fight against McGregor.
While speaking to the media, Mayweather said one of the most important things to do as a fighter is to always know what your opponent is up to. Mayweather said it was just as important to know what they do outside the ring, as it is to watch film on the fighter.
Mayweather then claimed to know everything McGregor was doing. He said McGregor struggled with his weight cut initially, but now the UFC champion is at 160 pounds. Mayweather’s fight with McGregor will be contested at 154 pounds.
Mayweather also said he knows that McGregor has been training switching his stances. The boxing legend believes McGregor will tire himself early in the fight by switching his stance too much.
Mayweather vs. McGregor will take place Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
