New Female UFC Featherweight Champ Already Looking For Fights Elsewhere

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) featherweight champion Germaine de Randamie was stripped of her title when she elected to move to her native weight class rather than defend her belt. As a result, Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino was given an opportunity to fight for the featherweight title against Invicta’s Tonya Evinger.

“Cyborg” put on a dominant performance against her opponent, earning her the UFC featherweight title. Now, the reigning champion has gone to social media to reveal that she has interests in taking on a boxing match after her first title defense.

“#CyborgNation after I fight @HollyHolm @ufc who would you like to see me fight in boxing? @ShowtimeBoxing @SHOsports” Justino stated over Twitter.
